These terms and conditions set out the full extent of any agreement between you and Bayan Ko. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by Bayan Ko's terms and conditions set out below.

Contract for the Supply of Goods :

Bayan Ko is a trading name of Bayan Ko 62-64 rue jean Jaures 92800 Puteaux, France No contract for the supply of goods will subsist unless and until an email or an SMS is sent by BAYAN KO to you confirming that your order has been accepted. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by BAYAN KO and is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.
BAYAN KO is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance.

Payment :

BAYAN KO accepts payment by credit or debit cards including VISA Electron and paypal Your card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.

Our Prices :

All prices listed on the site include VAT (where appropriate). Shipment in France or Van Delivery in west Paris region will incur a postage and packing fee for order of less than 100 €. This will be displayed on checkout.
Order above 100 € will be of free delivery.

Availability :

In the case where the product is out of stock at BAYAN KO and at our suppliers, you will be notified by email of the expected delivery date. You can refuse such late delivery and cancel your order. In any case, your card will not be charged until we ship the goods.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Postage and Packing Charges :

BAYAN KO ships to European Union and Switzerland only. For France, Corsica transportation cost will be added automatically to your invoice. If you wish to order from French Overseas territories or other countries in the European Union and Switzerland you should first get the quotation by email from us by clicking the button delivery outside France during check-out, we will send you a confirmation mail with a special payment scheme.

Delivery Times :

Orders fulfilled by BAYAN KO and shipped to French addresses typically arrive within 3 days. Please allow 14 days before enquiring about lost or missing items.
Orders shipped to European addresses typically arrive within 5-7 days. Please allow 21 days before inquiring about lost or missing items.
Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over the bank holiday weekends. We suggest allowing an additional 2-3 days for your packages to arrive to allow for delays within the mail.
It is up to you to make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.

Custom Charges :

No customs charges are payable for items shipped to France or European countries.

Return :

What is most important to us is that shopping with BAYAN KO is a simple, "hassle-free", process.
We are happy to accept returns of faulty or damaged items.
Please return the product wrapped securely to prevent damage, and include a note of the problem experienced and your original invoice.
We will not reimburse any postage costs.

Privacy :

BAYAN KO retains a certain level of information about our customers in order that we can process orders you place with us and provide you with a convenient service when you return to our site. You can be opposed to the disclosure of your coordinates by announcing it to BAYAN KO.
